The team was very responsive, sending videos on how to access the room and find it, and the check‑in was smooth; the place was spotless. I appreciated their communication, the location, and would gladly return. The only downside was that the location meant it wasn’t completely quiet at times, but we still slept fine.

The location is great. It was a bit noisy until 11 p.m., after which you could sleep well.

Excellent location, close to everything, very comfortable. It would have been better with a minibar to keep cool water at night.

We had a fantastic stay at Baldassini Suites in Rome! Everything was flawless from the start. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming. The location is perfect, right in the city center, making it easy to explore Rome and reach all the main sights. The suite was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time and would definitely choose Baldassini Suites again. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
