Located on La Barrossa beach beside a golf course, Valentin Sancti Petri offers garden‑set rooms with balconies, air‑conditioning, free Wi‑Fi, satellite TV and minibars. Guests enjoy two outdoor pools, a spa with sauna and Turkish baths, and a fitness centre. Three à‑la‑carte restaurants serve terrace dining in summer, while Zahara and Cazorla provide buffet cuisine. 24‑hour front desk arranges bike and car rentals and excursion information.

The beach proximity, the breakfast and dinner buffets, and the staff’s friendliness and competence were all highlights, and I found the fitness room very appealing. The drink prices, however, were too high compared to the food: a non‑alcoholic beer cost 5,00 €, a glass of sangria was 7,50 €, and wine and coffee were also pricey. A bit disappointing; I’d expect some changes.

Overall everything was fine. I would have liked a coffee maker in the room, since the café opens at 8 am and there’s nowhere to get coffee for early risers.

The atmosphere was cozy and pleasant, with fun daytime and nighttime activities and five‑star meals. Two large pools and a front‑of‑hotel beach with dunes and pine forest were spectacular. The premium room was good for three people. I recommend it.
