Walking to the Bali Collection is super convenient, the room size is just right and comfortable, and the fireworks at South Village were wonderful. This is my fifth stay, and I’m grateful for the request to keep room 3114 from my last visit; I love that room. However, the lake water smelled fishy this time, and after six nights I got bored with breakfast—every day the menu was the same and the food didn’t stand out; I’d appreciate new items being added.

This was a return visit to the Grand Hyatt so I had big expectations which were met yet again. The room was very comfortable with a balcony, a nice large single bed and a good-sized bathroom and useable wardrobe space. Great choice of breakfast spots and lovely pools for families and quieter ones for couples, singles. Just a lovely quiet atmosphere
