The place is very nice and the staff are friendly. The restaurant prices are extremely high and there is no discount.

The slope is convenient, overall the staff were attentive, the service was good, and the spa was nice.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel, thanks to its fantastic staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The hotel's proximity to the ski slopes was a huge bonus, especially for beginners like me, and the ski instructors were top-notch. The only thing I'd love to see improved is the availability of hot water in the shower, but overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations.
