The staff were courteous, and the breakfast was very good. The bathroom is old, the hot water in the shower is extremely hot, and the taps lack the blue and red indicators, causing burns for guests. Not everyone knows the International Convention that the hot tap is on the left.

The location is great, close to restaurants, a pharmacy, a bar, and more. Breakfast is excellent with a variety of pastries and sweets. The room is spacious and comfortable, all clean and well lit. When we arrived, two parties were happening, the parking was full, and no one was available to guide us. Even though we were on the first floor, the party noise didn’t disturb us. The elevator seemed unreliable, closing too quickly, and we saw someone get stuck.

The location and breakfast were good. The acoustics were poor, and the replacement bathrobes were dirty.

The location and the property’s structure are good, but lately it’s been poorly maintained. I stayed here 12 years ago and it was all beautiful and well kept; the breakfast used to be excellent and now it’s nowhere near that level. Cleanliness was very disappointing: the bathroom was dirty, the sink counter was grimy, the shower was badly washed, even had dirty cotton in it, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned. The bathrooms urgently need maintenance, and the box door doesn’t slide normally—it takes a lot of force to close it.

The hotel was great, everything was high quality—from the shower to the mattress, the space, breakfast, and the friendly staff made it all perfect. The only downside was that I was with a friend who uses a cane and has mobility issues, while I was carrying all the luggage to the car alone; a staff member stood there watching but offered no help, just stood there.
