Being close to the park was great, but the AC units were just in the wall and they turned them off, so when we arrived our rooms were extremely hot during the heat wave. Then, when we left and came back after getting the room cool, they turned them off again. We had to move our first room because it wouldn’t cool down, and they entered the room with a do not disturb sign.

The location was good, but the parking lot felt very dangerous and it seemed like some people lived there. I also couldn’t navigate the television; the remote would only allow me to get to the channels that were on the guide screen.

The room was comfy, felt safe and well kept, and I liked having the ice maker; families were courteous and not loud at night. However, a few small ants appeared mainly in the restroom, even though we had the window in the restroom open.

The staff were super nice, parking was free, and it was walking distance to Disneyland. The hardwood floors made me hear all the stomping from the room above, but it ended at a decent time so it didn’t interrupt our sleep.
