“A perfect, peaceful stay”

The place is extremely beautiful, with exquisite decoration. One feels at home easily. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioner works well. Brahim, the host, is very nice and attentive. The location is perfect, in the middle of the medina but in a quiet area. Highly recommended.

“DAR TIZIRI : AUTHENTICITÉ et MAGIE”

Everything. We loved everything! This cottage is ideally located, right in the middle of the Sousse medina, a delightful spot! Brahim, our host, was charming from start to finish, always available and infinitely kind. This place is highly recommended!

Brahim, the host, is exceptional! He recommended a small restaurant just a short walk from the Dar. The breakfast was excellent! The house is stunning and tastefully decorated.

“Beautiful place, great host, not for those with mobility issues.”

The place is beautiful, covered in amazing artwork. It's not really a hotel, it's a spare room in someone's house that they rent out, but that adds to the charm. Great welcome, comfortable room with everything you need. We had an amazing time talking with the host, he is such a cool and interesting guy. Very caring and gentle. It's not very easy for people with mobility issues. There are lots of steep, narrow, winding stairs without handrails to reach the top‑floor room. It looks beautiful but can be challenging to navigate for some.

“Great location, traditional place, super host”

The place was perfect – right in the Medina’s heart, the guest house feels like a dãr, a traditional home with a lovely open‑air courtyard and a handful of rooms. Upstairs, the guest room is a spacious double with an extra single bed, both super comfy, plus a private kitchen, bathroom and terrace. Clean, traditionally decorated, and stylish throughout. Brahim, the host, is the most laid‑back guy around, a real actor and an excellent host. Breakfast is a classic local spread: plenty of baked breads, fresh fruit, cottage cheese, boiled gags, honey, olive oil, tea, lemonade, and coffee. I’d highly recommend staying here.
