Located on Ierapetra's scenic seafront promenade, the 4-star El Greco Hotel features modern rooms and suites with balconies offering breathtaking views of the Libyan Sea. Earthy-toned guest rooms come equipped with satellite TV, mini fridge, air conditioning, and complimentary WiFi. The hotel restaurant serves a delicious American and Greek breakfast buffet, while the à la carte restaurant Porfyra offers Mediterranean and Cretan cuisine.

The sense of space and sea views was fabulous. The suite was airy with a comfortable bed and a seating area. The balcony was large and sunny, with views over the beach and promenade. The beach access was just opposite. The food was delicious, and we loved eating outside where the sea lapped on the beach below us. The location was perfect for this, as elsewhere the beach was wider or the sea met the sea wall. I had the largest and tastiest pork ever from the grill. No on‑site parking—but it wasn’t a problem, we found a spot on the street very close.

Large room on the 3rd floor with a balcony overlooking the sea. Daily housekeeping and breakfast buffet. Parking and beach in close proximity, sights and shops within walking distance. Friendly staff.
