Conveniently located near Reagan Airport with a free shuttle. The attached bar and food were not as good as the Crowne Plaza’s I’ve had worldwide, making it feel more like a travel lodge.

Very close to transport and shopping. A bit too busy and a little pricey.

The location is good and the shuttle service is handy. The bed was too soft, and I didn’t get the sofa bed I had booked.

The hotel sits in a handy spot that’s easy to get to, and the complimentary shuttle ran without a hitch the whole time we were there. Both the rooms and the shared spaces looked spotless and were clearly well‑kept, and breakfast was decent enough, offering a satisfactory range to kick off the morning. However, several problems spoiled the experience: although we had booked a standard king, we were handed a twin room, and it turned out to be a connecting room—a detail that never appeared in the listing and should be disclosed. The breakfast, while acceptable, was short on variety; there were no fresh veggies like cucumber or any greens. On our last night, the occupants of the adjoining room made a lot of noise well after midnight, repeatedly slamming their door, and even tried to open the locked connecting door between our rooms, which was extremely unsettling.
