Cleanliness, space, and the kitchenette in the room were great. The price was a downside.

I loved the friendly staff, the place was very clean, and everything was well kept. I didn’t find anything I didn’t like.

“This hotel should not be a 8 star hotel. I feel robbed from spending money here.”

The bed was comfortable, but the TV was completely unusable; the remote had no back button and batteries were just hanging out. Even after we got a second remote, it still didn’t work. The bathroom was dirty, the ice bucket was dirty, the pool was dirty, and the elevator was dirty too. The breakfast was subpar.

The location was quiet and convenient from the casino, rooms were clean, staff were friendly, and breakfast was good. A weird smell was coming from the A/C.
