The hotel is nice, the staff are friendly, and the area is wonderful.

Cleanliness and quiet were excellent, yet the furniture is old and needs renewal, and the lighting is very weak.

Good to very good for the price, but there is only one elevator, the bathroom is cramped even though the room is very spacious, and that’s a flaw from the original design.

The staff were respectful and helpful, especially the Saudi receptionist, but the room was not cleaned at all—missing towels, cups, chairs, etc. The cheap water boiler set, the AC was unreliable, the lights were insufficient with one flickering like an interrogation room, and there was no sound isolation.
