It’s a quiet, clean place with very friendly staff, but the parking entrance is in bad shape with huge gaps that make it hard to enter and exit vehicles. Rooms on the lower floor lack hot water and Wi‑Fi, which doesn’t reach that area.

The location is great—just a short walk from Parque del Café and various shops, pharmacies, and restaurants in Pueblo Tapao. The room’s cleanliness was okay, but it was warm because there was no air conditioning, the bathroom’s cistern didn’t drain properly, and there was no hot water. The pool looked poorly maintained.
