Nothing. I even left 2 days early. Our air conditioning didn’t work. The fridge didn’t work. The fire alarm chirped all night. They messed up my booking. Total nightmare
“Great property for the money”
They’re located in a convenient area close to everything and not far from the beach. The elevator was broken, but it was a minor inconvenience. I needed the exercise.

The morning staff were friendly. After we paid, we were told the elevator was out; our room is on the third floor, so we were lucky we didn’t have much luggage. We’re both senior citizens. The stair railings were filthy, the carpet was dirty, the TV wasn’t working properly, the phones were out, and there was no blow dryer. We had a kitchenette but no silverware. When we checked out, they said if we had called them they would have brought it to us again. We tried calling many times on our phones and kept getting the 800 number. The young lady at checkout was very nice.
“NO RECOMENDADO”
Nothing positive to say: the elevator was broken, the carpet smelled dirty, the room we got had clearly been used before, and the fridge was rusted—clear signs of poor maintenance. They claimed to serve breakfast but only offered a single coffee and a piece of bread at one table, which is hardly a breakfast at all.
