The hotel is in a great spot with public transport. The staff were wonderful, both the café crew and the three front‑desk people. The cleaning was an issue: one night the sheets weren’t changed even though they were dirty from the previous day and had a visible stain. We mentioned it, but by the time we returned to the hotel it was nighttime and the front‑desk staff weren’t responsible. Also, when we told them there was a bad odor in the room and hallway, they immediately sprayed air freshener, which I should mention.
