Lake view is offered from the private entrance area with outdoor furniture, and the suite includes a separate living room and bedroom. It sleeps two on the main bed, with an extra bed and a crib available on request, and provides a desk, wardrobe, and sound‑proofing. The private bathroom features a bath, spa bath, shower, hairdryer, free toiletries and towels. Climate control, electric blankets, a flat‑screen TV with streaming services, DVD/Blu‑ray player, CD player, minibar, coffee machine, free Wi‑Fi and executive lounge access complete the in‑room amenities.

“Overall enjoyed our stay here, it was comfortable and had beautiful views. Property has definitely seen better days thou”
The lake views are great, the rooms are large and spacious, the bed is comfortable, the spa bath is excellent, parking is free and easy, and self‑check‑in is straightforward. The property is starting to feel a bit dated; there are broken tiles and a threadbare couch that could be replaced. Traveling into Queenstown was always a bit tricky because of heavy traffic in both directions and a right‑hand turn.
“NOT luxury boutique”
The views and location were good. The entry and exit had a smell of curry, some lights weren’t working, there was no toaster, the cushions were dirty and stained, bugs were in the curtains, and the curtains didn’t work well. The place was definitely outdated and not a “luxury boutique.” The steep steps were not good for heavy luggage or for people with disabilities. I felt harassed by staff with constant messages and then my husband was interrogated when returning from a job site. The booking was made as a business reservation. Overall, I would not recommend or stay again; we were expected to do most of the house cleaning, take out the rubbish, and that was never required before.

The location was superb; we were on the top of the hill by ourselves. The age of the room was amazing; we loved everything about it. It was not crowded and self‑check‑in was easy. It was properly lit at night, so it was easy to find.
