We go to the Cape every fall to visit family and always stay here. Staff is super friendly, the rooms are spacious and always clean and comfortable. Without an elevator it can be a challenge to get heavier luggage upstairs if you have a second floor room. So request the first floor or pack light. The breakfast area can also get a bit cramped when there are lots of guests so we take ours back to the room sometimes
