The room was immaculate and the service was excellent.
“Malas recepcionistas”
I chose this place because it was close to where I needed to go, but the front‑desk staff were terrible; they made us wait a long time for our already‑paid room, and the afternoon shift receptionists didn’t even try to improve the customer experience.
