“Decent facility for pricing, good location, limited onsite parking, only one towel per room despite booked for 2 people”

The location was good, booking and coordination with Sam were smooth, and the elderly night staff were helpful and receptive after we informed them of our late arrival. Still, the night staff later ignored our requests repeatedly. The next morning my elderly mother accidentally locked herself inside, the lock jammed, and there was no spare or master key for emergencies, raising safety concerns. I finally got the key from my mother through a back window and a narrow passage behind the building to unlock the door.
