The staff were friendly and quick to respond, and the hotel itself was spotless. The only downside was the dinner at the restaurant – it wasn’t a true à la carte experience, more like a set menu.

The hotel is well maintained and the staff are generally courteous. However, we ran into major issues with the kosher requirements in the all‑inclusive dining. We asked for whole vegetables that weren’t cut, but the kitchen kept refusing and even tried to force us to use pre‑cut veggies in a plastic bag after a night’s flight. The pool water was unexpectedly cold for August, and the location is a bit far from the main Sunny Beach promenade, requiring extra travel.

The food was excellent with a variety of restaurants, and the pools were great with private beach access. It was relatively quiet compared to other hotels on the promenade. The downside? The elevators were overcrowded, making us wait several times, and the hotel is a bit distant from the center of the promenade.

“Relaxing stay”

First time back here and it’s still a solid pick because everything’s in one spot – food, drinks, pools, beach, spa, and dinner spots. It’s also a stone’s throw from Nesebar and other sights. The rooms feel fresh and spot‑clean. The Asian restaurant fell a bit short, but it’s a bonus so it doesn’t drag the overall vibe down.
