The room was tidy, but the central air‑conditioning blasted heat all day, making it so sweltering we were sweating; when we called the front desk they said it was because it was cold outside (it was 18 °C that day) and that only heating could be used, urging us to open the window and turn on the fan – a rather baffling experience at Hilton.
