The staff were always attentive, kind, helpful, and caring. The stay was a delight thanks to them, always smiling and upbeat. They refused to let us board the shuttle because we had a carry‑on suitcase; the driver’s only response was a flat “no” without further explanation. The buffet could offer more variety with a lot more traditional dishes.

Everything was fine overall, especially the food, but a resort of that level should have staff at reception who speak Spanish.

I had a great stay at Be Live Experience. Big thanks to the reception team—Mohamed, Abdellah, Lamia, and Samid—plus Fatima and Amine for the tasty meals and the animation crew for their professionalism. The only downside was that pool towels took a while to be replaced, and the deposit required at check‑in felt unnecessary.
