The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room had everything we needed, and it was clean and tidy. The bathroom door handle was broken, making it hard to open from inside; it should be replaced to avoid getting stuck.

The room was basic but acceptable. The bathroom was good. The beds were older and a bit uncomfortable, but tolerable for now. The staff were great at helping, communicating, and sharing Kyrgyz culture. Nearby there are restaurants, shops, and the Cholpon Bazaar. A bus stop is close, and cheap taxis take you to the center. The beds were the only issue.

The courtyard really felt like a K‑drama setting, which I personally loved; the room was tidy and spotless, and the staff were very friendly.
