The TV stopped working and there was no cable service; the cable system failed.

The hotel is close to the center and the staff are attentive; nothing to complain about.

The staff here are absolutely lovely and go out of their way to help. I was blown away by their kindness and willingness to assist. The only thing that would have made my stay perfect is a bit more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms, but overall it was a wonderful experience.
