“Bom custo-benefício”

The hotel is close to the city’s main attractions (a 7‑minute walk) and the staff were helpful. The bathroom door didn’t lock properly and didn’t close fully.

The staff were extremely attentive in every department—cleaning, kitchen, recreation—and the administration was especially welcoming. They preserved the main building and catalogued eighteenth‑ and nineteenth‑century artifacts, offering narratives of the regional historical context. The restaurant played pleasant Brazilian music, and the dishes were tasty.

“Hotel bom.”

The staff were helpful and the location was very good, but the pool was dirty and the breakfast could have been better.
