The staff were courteous and their service was prompt, and I had no complaints.

The room was spacious, but the family is not recommended here because the reception and rooms are on the 3rd floor. For breakfast we were told to walk to a nearby building at another hotel, with no options for breakfast—only idly and rice items—so we left without eating. Vehicle parking is a big problem since Reliance Smart is on the ground floor, always a heavy rush.
