The location was convenient for my family’s event. We had to wait 30–45 minutes for on‑call management to arrive because the employee who was supposed to be on duty was missing.

“Second time staying here, not happy this time.”

The area is great with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was very limited; by 7:30 am only cereal and waffles were left, and eggs and sausage never got refilled. Cleaning was done at 8:15 am, yet we were told breakfast ran from 6–9 am. The bathtub didn’t drain properly and was patched up. Temperature control in the room was impossible, and only sheets and a thin blanket were provided.

They double‑charged us after we booked months in advance. The pool was freezing, and the hot tub didn’t work.

“Stay somewhere else or at least come with low expectations and travel towels and other toiletries.”

The room was clean and quiet. The front desk staff seemed out of it and at one point my daughter saw him smoking weed at the desk. He was rude on the phone and dismissive to me. We had two towels for four people and when we asked for more, he said that was housekeeping’s job. There was no shampoo or soap, and housekeeping never came. We managed because it was only three nights, but it ruined our experience.

The reception staff made no effort to help us. They charged us for only three nights instead of four, never told us the check‑out time or breakfast schedule, and when we arrived early they sent us to a closed door—overall bad service.
