The food selection and presentation did not match a 4‑star hotel; it felt more like a slightly better youth hostel.

Nice room. The staff was somewhat poor in English, especially in the restaurant. The hotel was a bit outside the city center in an area that wasn’t all that pretty.

We stayed for 5 nights, choosing a partial board (breakfast and dinner). Breakfast was generous, and dinner was simply amazing. At the start of dinner there was a Swedish buffet with snacks, then they served a chosen starter, main course, and dessert. Every evening offered different specials, and the dishes were truly exceptional. The hotel is a bit farther from the city center, but I consider that a plus because it’s in a very quiet spot. There’s a heated pool, beds, mini‑golf, sauna, table tennis, etc. Plenty of activities, so when you come back from the town you really don’t have time to be bored.

A welcoming, clean structure in a nice, cooler area outside the center of Riva del Garda. Breakfast and dinner are excellent. At first they gave us a room where the air‑conditioning didn’t work, but then they fixed it by giving us another room. There’s not much green space near the property for taking the dog.
