Tru By Hilton San Antonio Downtown Riverwalk

“For the price i paid i would expect pool to be in service. The reason for the trip was to getaway and relax at the pool.”

The spot was convenient. The pool was closed, and the valet sign outside said $35.00 parking, yet I was charged $51.00.

“No one cared about the roaches in the bed, ants in the window and mold on the bathroom!”

The location near Riverstreet was fine, but nothing else was pleasant. Ants appeared in the window and tiny roaches crawled in the bed; I told the front desk but they said the pests were everywhere. The fourth floor looked rotten, some spots felt like the floor was caving in, and mold in the shower made it a horrible experience; nobody seemed to care.

“Won't go back”

The location was okay. The room wasn’t cleaned even when we asked.

“0/119. Do not stay here”

The noise was annoying, trash was in the room, parking cost a ridiculous amount, and the location was not great.

Everything was good, but it felt scary.
