The location, facing Parrot Rock, was fine, but the shower hot water didn't work well.

Everyone's sunny Sri Lankan! This is our second stay at this guest house, and we always get a warm welcome. The host keeps the house very clean—clean! And the breakfasts are always tasty! 👍 Whatever you want: Sri Lankan or European, everything is delicious! You can ask for dinner for an extra fee. The rooms have balconies, all the necessary amenities, new air‑conditioners, hot water, a kitchenette on the first floor where you can cook something, and a fridge. The road is a bit noisy, but my husband doesn't mind—I use earplugs because he snores louder than the road. The price is great! If you need to stay in Mirissa, this is a wonderful option. Don't forget to check the map and see its wonderful, convenient location: three beaches nearby and a cape!

The family was very friendly and welcomed me well. They served breakfast on my balcony almost in the morning. The place is incredibly well located for the beach, though you should be aware of traffic noise because the road is close (but it didn't bother me). There's a sea view from the balcony, as well as air conditioning and hot water in the shower. The bed was a bit too soft for me, but that's just a matter of taste.
