“Perfect location.”

I’m happy with the spot—just a short stroll to Pearl St.—but the gym was a bit farther away, though the gear was solid. The pillows were huge and made it impossible to get comfortable; it felt like a typical hotel, pretty but not cozy. Breakfast ran from 7:30 to 9:30, yet the quiche disappeared by 8:45.

“Exactly what we needed it to be”

The location was perfect for dining at Frascaa, the ambiance was wonderful, the common areas beautiful, and Friday AM breakfast excellent. As a B&B, it was great to interact with other guests during Happy Hour and Breakfast. The beds could use an upgrade, and paying for on‑site parking felt a bit excessive, especially since it’s not much safer than street parking.

“This place checks all the boxes.”

The inn is a restored old house with a large gathering space, comfortable seating, and a fireplace. My queen room was spacious, had high ceilings and an AC unit. The staff were very friendly and helpful when I had a scheduling issue. The included breakfast was lovely, and the location right off Pearl Street is fantastic for walking to shops and lunch. I definitely will stay again.

“The perfect place to stay especially if you want to enjoy all that Pearl St has to offer!”

It’s beautiful! The rooms & beds were comfortable, staff was very accommodating, breakfast was delicious, happy hour amazing! We parked our car & walked to everything for the 3 days we were there! We sat in our pjs part of one day and put a beautiful puzzle together in the great room. Played lots of games of scrabble, met some other lovely guests staying there. We enjoyed every moment we were there & will definitely be back!. Nothing! 10 out of 10 would highly recommend to anyone I know!
