The terrace on the 7th floor with a view of the Sagrada Familia is a big plus, and the staff are helpful while the room stays clean. The rooftop view is pleasant, but the duct and ventilation noises are loud for my light sleep. Breakfast is good with a decent selection, but for a 4‑star hotel I’ve seen better. The pool is tiny compared to the photos.

The location is fantastic – right in the center, just a 5‑minute walk from Casa Milà and Casa Batlló, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and shops. The room is very spacious, large, clean, and cleaned daily. The bed is heavenly soft, and the new shower is clean and a relief after a trip. The staff aren’t very welcoming or friendly. There’s no tea station in the room and no water provided; you have to ask at reception and then go somewhere else. Near our room was a cleaning crew’s room; they rattled carts, spoke loudly, and slammed doors in the morning. We stayed on the first floor, so the view from the window wasn’t great.

“Location was great but nothing else made me feel value for money. Dissapointed.”

The spot was convenient, but the overall value felt low; the room lacked clear fridge and air‑con instructions, and I only realized I'd been using the service lift until I checked out. Security details, like the fire escape route, were unclear, and staff didn't help when I asked for directions. Breakfast fell short—eggs looked watery, the range was decent but nothing freshly baked.

Breakfast is full‑meal and tasty, and the location is great near the Paseo de Gracia commercial area. I’d recommend it and would return. However, there’s no water or coffee‑tea available at reception like in other hotels of its category. Early‑morning noise from housekeeping—moving beds, cleaning rooms—made me hear conversations from the next room, which felt odd.
