The location of this resort was absolutely perfect, with comfortable beach lounge chairs and a nearby Hacienda pool where the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
The hotel's cleanliness was a major plus, and the staff were super friendly.
The food was actually really good, but the room had a bit of a damp smell.
The room itself was decent, but that's about it.

“Todo bien, solo un poco tardado el proceso del check in”
I liked it, but the hotel didn't have a direct beach exit.
“Will definitely come back!!”
The spot and the help were spot on, nothing to complain about.
“9/10”
The staff provided excellent service, but the selection of snacks was limited.
“We had a good time”
It looked nice, but the pool was too hot to cool off and the food quality could use some improvement.
“Mala atrncio”
The decor and the rooms were good, but the staff were awful and the food and drinks were terrible.
