“Quasi tutto bene”
Breakfast was solid, rooms were clean and comfortable, yet we asked the front desk for the invoice and still haven’t received it.

Room cleanliness was excellent and breakfast was very generous. Overall experience was great with good communication from the staff, so I recommend the place. However, the rooms are not sound‑proof; noise came from neighboring rooms or nearby guests, which is the fault of the guests, not the property.

The cleaning was satisfactory. The place was poorly maintained and the staff was absent.

The location was fine. The cleaning was poor.

The welcome was great, breakfast was good, and service was excellent – we felt very comfortable. Personally, a small internal renovation and a splash of color would help; the interiors are a bit old but well kept and everything works.
