The location was convenient, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The parking lot was mostly empty, the breakfast was just okay, and the lady at check‑in was pretty cool—though I can’t recall her name. The motorcyclists racing up and down Rte 1 all night were annoying, and the elevator was so slow.

“It was a horrible stay and will never stay there again, the Cambria will be our next hotel super nice staff there.”

We really enjoyed the gentleman who ran the breakfast area; he was very pleasant, kept everything clean, and the food was well stocked—super nice! At check‑in, the receptionist was not kind at all, telling us the pool wasn’t usable and that was the only reason we were staying there; she offered day passes at the Cambria hotel. We were there for 4 days, which she knew, but gave us 2 days’ worth. When I asked for 2 more days’ worth, she rolled her eyes and handed me the passes. Once on our floor, a terrible smell lingered. Inside the room we found food on the floor and under the sheets; I always look for bedbugs but luckily it was only food I found. The freezer had ice bulging out of it, so it was unusable. I complained to the nasty front‑desk lady, who said she would send someone up the next day, but no one ever came. One night the fire alarm went off; we went downstairs to see what was happening and she was there again, and when I asked her about it she totally brushed me off, but after taking a bite of her salad she said it was nothing. The fireman arrived and they asked her, and her answer to them was that it was nothing. When I’m staying somewhere with my children, I need to know that we are safe and have no concerns, and she did not help with that. Every time we left that room, I took all of our valuables with us because I couldn’t trust them being left there.
