Located along P. Zamora Street in Tacloban City, Hotel XYZ is a 5-minute walk from Balyuan Tower and Madona of Japan Park. This contemporary hotel features a business centre, spa, and gym, along with complimentary Wi-Fi. Non-smoking rooms have wooden flooring, flat-screen TVs, and en suite bathrooms with hot/cold showers. Q's Kitchen serves international cuisine, and room service is available.

I enjoyed the breakfast, but there was no hot water in the room; maintenance confirmed a tank issue and offered no fix.
