The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the place was very clean and lovely.

The front desk staff is super friendly and welcoming. They always greet guests with a smile, which sets the tone for a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end for me, as the rest of my experience was a bit of a letdown.

The hotel's location is really quiet and peaceful, which is a big plus. The house itself is also spotless, and the 24-hour reception is a nice touch. However, the room was a bit of a disappointment, lacking a closet and a proper shower enclosure, and the bathroom had some mold issues.

The service and staff are top-notch, always willing to lend a helping hand and making sure you feel at home. The location is also really quiet and peaceful, which is a big plus. On the other hand, the room was a bit bare-bones, missing a closet, a balcony table and chairs, and some basic amenities like hooks for hanging clothes and a spare towel.
