Just two minutes’ walk from Brighton’s seafront, Relax Inn Guest House offers free Wi‑Fi and neutral‑decorated rooms with flat‑screen TVs, tea/coffee facilities, and free toiletries; select rooms feature en‑suite showers and partial sea views. Bars, restaurants, Brighton Pier, the Royal Pavilion and Theatre Royal lie within five minutes. Nearby public parking is available for a fee; guests under 18 require a parent or guardian.

The spot was great, the staff were very warm, and everything was spotlessly clean. The only downside was that the towels felt a bit limp and old, and the wifi didn't seem to reach the second floor – though that didn't bother me this time.

The beach was close by and the room was spacious, but the toilet and bathroom were extremely small.

The location was good.

The staff were friendly, the area was quiet but close to amenities. However, the kettle sat on a table far from a plug, so I had to put it on the floor and carry it across the room, which could be unsafe, especially with kids in a family room.
