The phone conversation was very friendly, check‑in went smoothly with the digital key, parking was ample and the location was very quiet; unfortunately there was no breakfast offered, but I knew that beforehand and adjusted my plans accordingly.

No reception, no breakfast, a shabby room, noisy, heating stopped upon arrival, no thermostat, no housekeeping between the two days, and an unacceptably high price for a disastrous service.

Spontaneous stay worked well overall, but for four people I expected seating for all four, otherwise it was fine.

Self check‑in worked without issues, but the stay was only practical for about 10 hours; the room’s amenities were sufficient for sleeping at night. The shower already had limescale and mold spots, and the fridge was left open for all guests.
