“Why the flood light in my windows?! Needs a maintenance spring cleaning and maintenance upgrade.”
The staff were absolutely amazing—friendly and welcoming, especially toward our kids. The breakfast buffet was well organized with plenty of options to mix and match. On the downside, the flood lights aimed at the windows were a nightmare; they kept us awake at night. The room had a strong odor, was hot, and the old door lock screws were stripped while other screws were loose. The sink covers prevented proper drainage, and the hallways were unbearably hot and muggy. The hallway by the pool had mildew that left us breathless. There was no designated smoking area; smoking was allowed only near the pool, putting kids in close proximity to smokers.
