The atmosphere was very nice, but access to the premises was blocked.

We couldn't use the pool during our stay even though the description said it was included in the price. When we asked on site, we were told the pool was not working and that the price had not been reduced. I think it’s unacceptable that this wasn’t communicated before booking or arrival. If a service is included in the price, it should be available and usable.
