Pardo Bar sits in Locarno’s historic Old Town, just a two‑minute stroll from Piazza Grande. Guests enjoy a stylish bar, free Wi‑Fi, and on‑site snacks. The medieval Visconteo Castle and a bus stop lie 50 m away, while Lake Maggiore is 1 km distant. A nearby restaurant (30 m) and supermarket (100 m) add convenience.

The location was great, close to the parking lot, the bathroom was large, and the room itself was spacious with a balcony. However, the room had a musty smell, there were two empty bottles in the dresser from previous guests, the nightstands were dusty, the bathroom door was stuck on the floor, the heating in the bathroom was broken, the towels wouldn’t dry, and there was no towel change during the two nights.

The spot was good and the place was clean, but I couldn’t check in early in the morning.

The location is brilliant, check‑in was completely hassle‑free and quick, the reception was very friendly, the room was simple but spotless and had everything needed. The only downside was that there was no breakfast.
