“Good value for a good spot in Hanoi”

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel, which was situated in a lovely area with a short walking distance to the center's restaurants, and I found the price to be quite reasonable.

I appreciated the hotel's location, which was a peaceful retreat from the bustling old town. The breakfast spread was impressive and the deluxe room I had was spacious and comfortable. However, I did notice that some of the breakfast staff seemed a bit sluggish, and the shower, although functional, felt a bit outdated.

I was pleased to find that the hotel was clean throughout, but I think they could improve the breakfast selection - a bit more variety would be nice.

I loved my spacious room with large windows and the hotel's central location, plus the breakfast was top-notch - I'd definitely recommend it. However, I was a bit disappointed that the windows couldn't be opened to let in some fresh air.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of things, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and banks nearby, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. However, I did find the housekeeping staff a bit intrusive, knocking on my door at 10 am to clean the room.
