“Good stay”
I booked the lodge because the nearby resorts and other properties were fully booked while I was heading to a music show in Sun City. I was frustrated that the lodge didn't offer lunch even though the room rate is high, and I had to wait for the scheduled dinner time. I hurried to eat before the show, and when I asked for accommodation I was told I would have to pay extra. I believe options and flexibility should be available. Nevertheless, I made it to the music in time just as it started. The lack of flexibility regarding dinner—such as swapping dinner for lunch without an additional charge when the room rate is already steep—was a real issue.
