The bath had bubbles, a TV, and plenty of space. Instead of an air conditioner, the room had full air‑conditioning. The washbasin was large, the toilet was spacious and clean, and the proximity to Susukino made it very convenient. Wi‑Fi connected perfectly. The refrigerator door was loose, and the nearby parking for cars was expensive.

Location is good and room size is decent. Broken glass scattered over the rooms floorm which i dis over by stepping on it on entry cutting my foot badly on entrance. No staff, so reported onl8necand they didnt even offer to clean up the glass so had to do it ourselves. Rooms seen much better days with lots of taped up fixtures. As itvappears others have mentions they have very extremely noisy ventillatiin fans in your sleeping area that often whine. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a good nights sleep, left more tired tgan when we arrived. No offers of remedial. AVOID at all costs!

The price was low and the facilities were well equipped, which was great! The ventilation noise was a bit annoying.
