“I will never book with Expedia again.”

Nothing. Horrible experience. I was unable to get a room due to a lot of their rooms being closed because of maintenance problems. Never will I book with again; no refund was given.

“Disappointing, poor service and unprofessional!”

Location. Elevator out for a week, only one and I was on the 4th floor. Bathroom light out. Electrical breaker out during CPAP each night tripped. Staff unprofessional, unable to communicate and promised repairs that were slow to fix or not at all. Had to move twice. The second time the manager arranged but staff spent the whole day waiting for the next room to be cleaned. Called the police when I said “I suffer from PTSD when I waited three hours and they had an incorrect room (I had a two‑bedroom with a bathtub; this room had a shower and one bed). The police said they claimed that I “threatened her” but because I am a disabled veteran with “traumatic brain injury”, I recorded the conversation because they denied many of my requests or the manager said they never got my messages. I had intended to extend my stay because of their unprofessional and lying tendencies; I decided to move on!

The shower door in the bathroom didn’t close properly, which was annoying.

“Unsafe”

The front desk clerk, Paul, gave me the same room as another guest and even left my personal details on a sheet for anyone to see. The staff were not helpful at all.
