The rooms were modern and well-appointed, featuring an HD TV with full HD international news channels, and the location in Makati was excellent; the staff were friendly, though the breakfast needed a significant upgrade to match the hotel’s official rating.

The location and the staff were good, but the bathroom was dark and the shower was poorly built, causing water to leak onto the floor each time we showered; we had to place multiple towels around the tub to stop the entire shower area from flooding, and the shower head couldn’t be adjusted properly.

I was pleased with the location, close to restaurants, and the bed was very comfortable. I liked the breakfast options, especially the egg dish you can cook yourself. The room was fully equipped with a toaster, microwave, plates, spoon, fork, and many other conveniences. The only downside was the gym, which lacked equipment, but that’s understandable given the small space.
