The only positive point is the free parking below the building. The room was not clean or ready upon arrival. It’s not a single room; you’re in a shared space with other residents, and even the owner was calmly in the living room. What we didn’t appreciate was that we could access our room without being present, and they imposed a municipal tax, which they justified as a local tax… it was unpleasant. The owner spoke no foreign language and refused to use Google Translate.

The apartment is new, clean, centrally located, and 500 m from the shopping centre, served by convenient public transport.

The room is very beautiful and modern, which is rare in Italy. The bathroom is large and well equipped (hair dryer). There are free parking spots below the property. The mini‑fridge doesn’t work. The location is quite far from the town and the train station (40 min walk). The Wi‑Fi doesn’t work. The owner doesn’t speak English, making communication difficult, though she is friendly. It’s an apartment with multiple rooms, not really a hotel.
