Located in Chicago's city centre, the hotel features a fitness centre, rooftop pool, and free WiFi. Guests enjoy proximity to Ohio Street Beach, Water Tower Chicago, and Shops at Northbridge, with a buffet breakfast offering gluten-free options.

A solid choice for Chicago, offering great value. The spot is right off Michigan Avenue, so walking to the Art Institute, Navy Pier, the river for a cruise, or even the Shedd Aquarium on a nice day is a breeze. Breakfast was a hit—there was something for everyone, and I especially loved the Serrano ham, a rare find at most buffets. The breakfast room stayed busy no matter when we got there, but it ran smoothly and the staff were well organized. The rooftop bar view is breathtaking. If I get the chance to visit Chicago again next year, I’ll definitely book here again.

The room, bed, and shower are fine. The front‑desk staff never offered help or a smile, and no extra effort is expected from the hotel, despite its nice location on the Magnificent Mile. For example, there’s no tea‑making facility in the room; you must fetch hot water from the bar below, and they don’t bring it to you, charging USD 5 for a tea bag—yet they offer tea bags at breakfast. I had tea at breakfast the next morning and only got hot water from the bar in the late afternoon. How disappointing for a four‑star hotel! Breakfast is served in a factory‑like hall, and the quality of the food is really low; the staff look apathetic. I happened to be celebrating my birthday during my stay, but no congratulations were offered. At check‑out, they didn’t even ask how my stay had been. In short, it feels like a production line, and if you’re looking for higher quality, I wouldn’t stay here.

Breakfast was excellent especially the cornedbeef hash. Staff on reception where a bit meh. We turned up absolutely drenched from the rain storm and they didn't offer paper towel or anything. The bell boy was fabulous and he got us some towels. Hotel is in a fantastic location. The rooftop bar is amazing, views great, staff brilliant. They had excellent halloween items out too. Can't fault anything really apart from the receptionist who checked us in, very uninterested. Majority of staff where great though, will definitely visit here again
