El personal fue encantador con nosotros. Estaba extremadamente sucio: suelo, ducha, baño, cama… salieron cucarachas del propio baño.

The room was comfortable and the common areas were spacious enough to relax, while the multiple shared showers made it an ideal spot for surfers.

The experience was great, but there were a few hiccups that made it a mixed bag.

The accommodation is only a 3‑minute walk from the Red Island beach, close to a minimarket, and 10 minutes to Mustika beach. The food was tasty. However, when I stayed one night on 26 March 2026 in a family room, I was given a room on the street side that was dusty. The bathroom door lock was broken and rusty, the AC didn’t cool the room, and when I asked for a fan, they gave me a fan that stuck to the wall; the staff tried to mount it but there was no place to do so, so it was useless. The door seal was incomplete.
