The staff were friendly, helpful, understanding, and responsive, and the management proactively reached out early to confirm our reservation and arrival time. I appreciated the quick response when asking for early check‑in, and the location is very strategic, just a 1‑minute walk from Gerome.

The hotel offers a calm atmosphere and staff eager to help. The inner garden is pleasant and the rooms are spacious. The large rooftop terrace lets you watch hot air balloons pass over Göreme, which is magical.

Breakfast tasted great and they were flexible with checkout time, which made my trip comfortable; housekeeping worked hard and the staff were very kind.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Ayaz Stone House. The location is excellent, with beautiful views of Cappadocia and a lovely atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered plenty of choices. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel at home. It’s a peaceful, charming place and a great base for exploring Göreme and Cappadocia. We really liked it and would happily return. Highly recommended!
